They are ranked number one in STEM in Florida. Students have won or placed in the top six nationally in competitions. Oviedo has two high schools, three middle schools and five elementary schools.


Located on Red Bug Lake Road, Oviedo ER will expand from 12 to 22 beds as the new Oviedo Medical Center opens in 2017. There is also a proposed Medical City Center.
